One thing happens every day on the street of United States is that people hold a cup of coffee in the hand while walking really fast- a PAPER cup of coffee.
One thing surprised me in Europe was that I had to use glass or china cup to drink coffee even it was with take-out food – as long as you return the cup afterwards. Plus, there is always a piece of biscuit or cookie serving with coffee. So, in a cold early spring morning in Amsterdam, people sat in a cafe reading newspapers while enjoying their coffee and dessert. Their dogs were resting under the table. Old-fashioned way of life!
The resource of making paper cup is our valuable woodland. In the modern United States, where will the paper cups go after people finish their coffee? There are going to Asia as trash. Why we use the paper cup then?
