The most efficient ocean swimmer
Jelly fishes able to swim very efficiently according to a recent research. It is due to the fact that they produce a spinning vortex of water by the way that they pulsate. This allows for them to be pushed along as they move through the ocean. The fact that they are very light and can expand to create a concave globe around the vortex allows them to be able to move with very little energy being wasted. Although this is not the best way to be able to move in all scenarios it is something that can be taken and possibly applied marine equipment. Being able to replicate this kind of efficiency would be able to help with environmental resource scarcity.
